Organically grown Malvasia; yellow, smooth, with a silky texture. Well-rounded with a hint of ripe fruit and citrus. The aromatically persistent finish and its elegant taste is the result of delicately handpicked indigenous Istrian grapes. The wine is refined through 1-year skin contact - maceration following age old organic practices and Hado science.
